The highly talented artists Alpha and Antagon present the first release of Z. The EP “Images“showcases three tracks which exemplify the diversity of their project. The first track “All Consuming Fire” is a remix of a track by the famous “New Model Army“ of UK. The remix was amongst the top ten tracks in a competition hosted by the worlds most famous psychedelic trance medium - Mushroom Magazine. Conserving the original chorus, the artists introduced a dark groove to it, breaking the evident barrier between melodic and dark psytrance. The second track “Kumbayah” reminiscences the hippy culture of the 70’s and paints a new perspective on the old hippy attitude by incorporating dark, new age electronic sounds.
